    【第一节】The Cockroach Karate Kick·SCIENCETAKE

Cockroaches deploy a stunning, and largely unstudied, karate-style kick to prevent wasp attacks. To find out more, scientists set up high-speed cameras and then set the two insects loose.

【第二节】Meek Mill: Do You Understand These Rights as I've Read Them to You?

The criminal justice system has a set of rights created to protect you. But do you think it’s really protecting us? Rapper Meek Mill was the victim of the miscarriage of justice. His experiences are leading him to speak out: it's time to change the system.

【第三节】How Mahershala Ali Schools Viggo Mortensen in‘Green Book’

In the 1962-set “Green Book,” based on a true story, Viggo Mortensen plays a nightclub bouncer named Tony Lip. He’s hired to drive a concert pianist, Don Shirley (Mahershala Ali) on tour in the South. Tony’s street style clashes with Don’s refined nature throughout the film and in this scene, in which the two have stopped at a convenience store. The director Peter Farrelly narrates the conflict that ensues when Tony takes a jade stone he found on the ground in front of a box of the same stones for sale. Farrelly comments on the father-son nature of the relationship that the two forge, with Don teaching Tony life lessons of right and wrong.

【第四节】Watch Viola Davis Lead a Heist in ‘Widows’

Four women come together in an unlikely group to pull off a heist in “Widows,” the latest drama from Steve McQueen (“12 Years a Slave”). Here, Viola Davis stars as Veronica, a Chicago Teachers Union employee who, when she is forced to pay off a debt, must pick up where her criminal husband (Liam Neeson) left off. This scene has the movie’s conspirators (consisting of Davis, Cynthia Erivo, Michelle Rodriguez and Elizabeth Debicki) coming together for the first time, albeit with some protests from Veronica. McQueen discusses why he kept all the performers in a wide shot, rather than close-ups.

【第五节】How the Hummingbird Wields Its Snake-Like Tongue

Scientists at the University of Connecticut used high-speed cameras to investigate the mechanics of a hummingbird's tongue, which is forked at the end and works like a pump for retrieving nectar.
